All our travel insurance policies are underwritten by Direct Insurance Services Limited and authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (Regulation Numbers 465896 and 698745 respectively). Our phone lines are open from 09.00 to 20.00 hours, seven days a week and the web site is available 24 hours a day.
